What is your favorite movement/WOD?
I dig Ground to Overheads and my favorite WOD would be King Kong.

How do you see CrossFit being different than other fitness programs?
CrossFit is different than other fitness programs because it teaches the athlete to prepared for the unknowable. We are training to climb the speeding train and fight the Bond villain.
